When you order any products on this website, the terms and conditions set out below will apply to that order and to any contract that is formed between us. No contract will be formed until we have sent you a confirmation email accepting your order.

Colours

While we make every effort to reproduce as accurately as we can the colours of merchandise shown on this site, we are unable to guarantee true colour reproduction, because browsers, screens and printers vary in colour output.

Credit Card Security

We use a third party payment provider called "Sage Pay" http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy. Sage Pay is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that it complies with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. We do not hold any credit details so you will have to re-enter them each time you buy goods on this site.


Sage Pay is responsible for securely sending your card details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process which ensures that your card details cannot be accessed by any third parties.


Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.  This means your data is encrypted and protected when you send information to Dents over the Internet.  You can tell a site uses and has SSL enabled when you see a padlock at the top of your browser.  You will also notice the location field at the top of the browser will begin with ‘https’. This means you are in secure mode.

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

CUSTOM DUTY AND SALES TAXES

If you are having our purchases delivered to a non-European Union Country, please note:

  1. Your purchase will be UK Value Added Tax exempt

  2. You may have to pay import duty and sales tax in the country of importation, which will be charged by the importing country’s customs.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our merchandise comes with a 28 day no quibble guarantee, subject of course to it being returned in new and unused condition with the garment tags still attached.

Personalisation

We offer our personalisation service across a selected range of our leather wallets and women’s purses.

Once an item has been personalised, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item itself was faulty. If something isn’t quite right with your personalised item, please contact our customer service team at +44(0)1985 212291 or sales@dents.co.uk.

Holidays

Our offices and warehouse are open most days except for Christmas (two days), New Year's Day, and English national holidays.

Liability

Dents is a division of Dewhurst Dent Plc whose registered office is at Union Mill, Vernon Street, Bolton BL1 2PT England. Total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Dents to you. Dents shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty, in contract or in any other way. Dents cannot accept any liability as a result of a failure to comply with specific instructions set out on this site. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Gifts

If your order is a gift and you would like us to ship it directly to the recipient, no value or prices will be shown on any paperwork we send.

We will not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations caused by an event outside our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions and any contract arising between us for the purchase of goods through this website will be governed by the laws of England and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
